At Natasha Gan, we want you to love your new wardrobe additions; however, if your purchase isn't quite right, we offer returns on full-priced items within 14 days of delivery. Please ensure all garments are in their original condition, unworn, and with all designer tags still attached.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact and the garment is folded neatly to prevent damage during transit.
Label and Post
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, or use a trackable postal service of your choice to send the package back to our warehouse.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects and approves your return, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.
